Fresh laundry, with a delicate scent rather than a strong perfume. Melt’s subtle fragrance is something customers mention in their feedback. It is lightly scented, not fragrance-free.
Subtle does not mean unscented
There is fragrance in the product. How much you notice can vary with your dose, wash programme, drying method and personal preference. We do not claim that fragranced Melt is suitable for every person with a fragrance sensitivity.

Do not measure cleaning by perfume
A strong scent is not proof that a garment is clean, and a faint scent is not proof that it is dirty. Use the right dose, programme and drying method for the clothes. Adding extra detergent simply to make the scent stronger is not our dosing advice.
Try the format that suits you
Melt is available as a one-off pack if you prefer to decide for yourself before choosing regular deliveries. There are 60 strips in a pack. You can tear a strip to adjust the dose in line with the instructions, rather than use perfume strength as your guide.
Is Melt fragrance-free?
No. Melt has a subtle fresh fragrance. If you require fragrance-free detergent, do not treat lightly scented as the same thing.
