What the repeat-order figure means
80% of customers who ordered between 16 July and 16 September 2026 had placed at least 15 lifetime orders. We checked Shopify order history on 16 September 2026 and rounded down. This includes subscription renewals and all store products. It is not a percentage of all first-time buyers who returned, nor a count of packs.
