Shipping policy

UK delivery

Currently UK addresses only.

Orders received before 2pm are processed and shipped the same working day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders received later are shipped the next working day.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent tracked service. Royal Mail aims to deliver in 2–3 working days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery within 48 hours of ordering.

A one-off Melt 60 pack costs £20, including standard UK delivery.

New Melt 60 subscriptions cost £15 per pack, including standard UK delivery on the first and recurring deliveries. Existing subscribers keep their agreed subscription price.

Your subscription renews at the frequency selected at checkout. We send an email reminder seven days before your next scheduled order. To request changes by email, please contact info@meltlaundry.com at least 48 hours before the order is due. We will confirm once your request has been actioned. You can also use your subscription portal.
