A useful laundry subscription should follow your routine, not fill a cupboard faster than you can use it. Melt lets you choose regular deliveries of a 60-strip pack and change the schedule when your needs change.
Choose your starting interval
New subscriptions are £13.50 per pack with UK Tracked 48 delivery included. Choose every 4, 8 or 12 weeks. The 8-week option is a suggested starting point for a household of two, not a guarantee that every household uses detergent at the same rate.
Change, pause or cancel
There is no minimum term. Use your subscription portal or email info@meltlaundry.com from the address attached to the subscription. Real people are available to help, and we will confirm when an email request has been actioned. You do not need to remember a portal password to email us.
Know when the next order is coming
We send a reminder seven days before your scheduled renewal. Please send email changes at least 48 hours before the order is due. If an order has already been processed, contact us promptly; cancelling future orders does not automatically cancel a processed order.
Prefer to buy once first?
That option remains available. A one-off pack is £15 plus £2.50 UK delivery, with no recurring order. Existing subscribers retain their agreed price; the price shown here describes the standard new subscription offer.
Do I have to keep buying for three months?
No. There is no minimum term on the standard Melt subscription. You can pause or cancel future orders before they are processed.
