Melt is delivered in a slim pack designed for a UK letterbox. A standard new subscription includes UK Tracked 48 delivery. A one-off pack has a £2.50 delivery charge. Your order confirmation and current delivery policy provide the details for your order.
Know the total before ordering
A one-off pack is £15 plus £2.50 delivery: £17.50 total. A standard new subscription is £13.50 per pack with UK delivery included. The £4 difference compares those delivered prices. Existing subscribers retain their agreed price.
Tracked 48 is not a 48-hour guarantee
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims for delivery in 2–3 working days after dispatch. That is not a promise that every order will reach you within 48 hours of clicking buy. Weekends, bank holidays and exceptional delays can affect the journey.
Dispatch and delivery are different
Our delivery policy sets out the current dispatch arrangements, including the 2pm working-day cutoff. An order placed after the cutoff may dispatch on the next working day. Refer to the policy and your tracking rather than treating a product name as an exact arrival date.
Change an upcoming subscription delivery
You can use your portal or email info@meltlaundry.com. Please allow at least 48 hours before a scheduled order for changes by email. If you are away or already stocked up, ask before the order is processed so we can help with the next delivery.
Will it always fit my letterbox?
The packaging is designed for UK letterboxes, but sizes and delivery circumstances vary. Follow the tracking if a delivery needs attention.
