Use the strips in your sample envelope just as you would from a full box. Follow the dose on your pack and the care labels on your clothes.
Drop it in.
Put the strip straight into the empty drum, then add your clothes. No drawer, scoop or sticky cap.
Wash as normal.
Choose the programme your clothes need. The strip dissolves during the wash. Pretreat stubborn marks first.
Keep unused strips dry and all detergent out of reach of children. Always follow the pack instructions.

No. Requesting or receiving a free sample does not start a paid subscription. A repeat delivery only begins if you choose a subscription and complete checkout.
Why did I get an order confirmation for a free sample?
We log samples in Shopify so we can organise and post them. A sample order is a dispatch record. There is nothing to pay for your free sample.
My sample hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Allow a few days after your dispatch email. If it still hasn’t arrived, email info@meltlaundry.com with the name and email you used to request it so we can check.
Why is the fragrance so light?
That’s intentional. Melt has a subtle fresh fragrance. Let your laundry dry before judging the scent. It isn’t designed to leave a strong perfume on your clothes.
How do I use my trial offer?
Choose a Melt60 subscription, select your delivery frequency and enter TRIALIST at checkout if it is not already applied. The offer is for eligible new subscription customers and discounts the first three billing cycles. Check the discount and final total before paying.
Can I change or stop my deliveries?
Yes. Use Manage deliveries or contact info@meltlaundry.com before renewal. If you email for help, please allow at least 48 hours before the next renewal. Subscriptions continue at your chosen frequency until cancelled.
How did you get my address?
You supplied your details when you requested a Melt sample. We used them to arrange your sample delivery. For a correction or removal request, email info@meltlaundry.com. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
