Each verified, qualifying full-price Melt 60 box earns a 50p historical thank-you. Normal subscription prices qualify, including our long-standing £12.40 subscriptions. If you’re an existing subscriber, your existing subscription price is protected for at least 12 months from this programme’s launch. The £15 price is for new subscriptions. Free, unpaid, refunded and promotional boxes are excluded; uncertain purchases are checked before inclusion.

Once the programme opens, each new qualifying paid one-off box earns 50p. Each new qualifying paid subscription box earns 75p. New rewards are added after payment, ready for a later purchase.
A little off each future box.
The revised programme will apply up to £1 per qualifying box, limited by your remaining reward balance. A balance below £1 uses only what remains. Your existing subscription price stays unchanged: a £12.40 box becomes £11.40 when a full £1 reward applies.
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with additional promotional discounts. Normal subscription pricing remains eligible. Gifting and referral rewards are not part of this launch.
Every box counts towards recognition.
Verified lifetime paid packs determine your status: Silver 1–19 · Gold 20–49 · Platinum 50–99 · Epic 100+. This recognition is separate from spendable rewards.
When can I use my rewards?
After we have matched purchases to customer accounts and tested checkout and subscription renewals. No balance has been made spendable yet. We’ll confirm the launch and your verified balance before asking you to use it.
Returns and checks
Cancelled, unpaid, free and refunded boxes do not earn rewards. Adjustments prevent duplicate rewards and reflect eligible returns. We check uncertain purchases separately. Your statutory rights are unchanged.
